I'm currently reading David Forbes' The Amber Wizard, a fantasy novel published by HarperCollins which will be released later this spring. If you hang out at malazanempire.com and sffworld.com, you have probably heard about it by now.
Anyway, if you are interested in a sneek peak, you can visit Forbes' website at www.davidforbes.net, where you'll find the prologue and the first chapter of the book.

Found the prologue but not the first chapter.. Any clues as to where it's lurking? This brings me back to my miserable attempts at hide and seek as a child..
It was added a little later on. Click on the "News" section, and you'll find a link to Chapter 1!
