This from the Subpress website:
First: The remaining numbered copies of Joe Abercrombie’s Before They Are Hanged are now open to the general public to order. Please feel free to snag a copy, which will be especially important as we’ve just reached agreement to publish signed limited editions of Joe’s other novels, Best Served Cold, and The Heroes.
Those who buy Hanged will have dibs on volume three in The First Law trilogy, and the other limited editions, provided they order each subsequent volume.
Second, orders for the Limited and Lettered editions of Steven Erikson’s Deadhouse Gates are also open to the general public. Purchasing Gates will give you the rights of first refusal on the next volume in the series.
---------------
Given the beauty and quality of the limited editions of both The Blade Itself and Gardens of the Moon, you might want to hurry up and reserve your copies today!

Anyone have a link to a picture of the cover of Deadhouse Gates? Or is itthe same artwork as before?
There is no DG artwork available yet...
What is the difference between limited and lettered for Deadhouse Gates?
Thanks Pat.
Anyone know why there are no copies of the Crippled God at Chapters in the GTA?
@Anonymous
H.B Fenn, Tor's Canadian distributor, has entered bankruptcy proceedings. I would guess that the process of finding a new company to work with has caused some problems with the supply chain.
Yup, have already ordered and paid for DG. I hope they start to speed up the publication dates.
