Hard to believe, but the Hotlist just turned 10 today! Indeed, this blog was created on the evening of January 5th, 2005.
So I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the SFF authors, editors, publicists, agents, and everyone else involved in making publishing work the way it does who have helped me make the Hotlist what it is today. Many thanks as well to all my readers who keep returning in such numbers every week. It's nice to have such an audience! =)
Last but not least, special thanks go out to all the haters out there. God knows you've helped make this fun from time to time. . . ;-)

Congrats on ten years! I've been dropping by for most of them, and it's here I first heard of Abercrombie, Kearney, Rothfuss, Schafer, and many more, to say nothing of enjoying their interviews. Much appreciated.
