THE CRIPPLED GOD is a hit!

Time was, The Malazan Book of the Fallen seemed to be far behind many bestselling SFF series out there. Though you could see that the books were becoming more and more popular as the years went by, we had to wait till Dust of Dreams for one of the Malazan installments to make it on bestseller lists on both sides of the pond.

Well, I guess that word has finally gotten around, for Steven Erikson's The Crippled God (Canada, USA, Europe) is number 4 on the Sunday Times bestseller list!

Congrats, Steve! =)

Congratulations to Mr. Steven. He knows what and when to write (Unlike some other authors)

Definitely, Steven Erikson is one of the best writers out there. It gives a hint of hope to know that finally readers are starting to give to "Malazan's" the right place in the books' lists, that is *in* the best-sellers, hopefully above authors such Terry Goodkind, but even above Vampire-driven fake-novels for young adults.

Out there there're a lot of clever readers!

Do you know when it'll be available in paperback (Amazon.co.uk)?

I'm almost at the end of the published books in The Wheel of Time series. Eagerly looking forward to starting the Malazan Book of the Fallen series! I hope they'll live up to my expectations!

Well deserved tbh.

It's developed it's own mass, which has grown with each book, until we have book 10 and a unstoppable train.

Still on Stonewielder with Crippled God to go. Like a fine wine I intend to saviour every drop. I will not rush these books.

I had to go to a physical bookstore and check to make sure there was at least one paragraph with Ganoes Paran before I ordered it from Amazon. There was. I did.

And despite that, there's still not a single Chapters, Indigo, or Coles in Ottawa that has it in stock. So angry!
