Thanks to Sarah for spreading the word about this on Facebook.

review of Jaqueline Howett's self-published work titled
The Greek Seaman from BigAl's Books and Pals. Al wasn't quite taken by that eBook, giving it 2 stars and saying that reading shouldn't be that hard. . .
Mrs. Howett, understandably, didn't care much for such a review. Problem is, unable to handle criticism, she went completely nuts. Click on the aforementioned link to see one extremely funny yet pathetic pissing contest.
Perusing the comment section, which now consists of 300+ comments, will have you pissing your pants! Class is obviously Jaqueline Howett's middle name. So is professionalism!
Well, that shit wouldn't fly here. . .

That was just nutty. The "anonymous" comments were interesting too. Seems the author came back to berate everyone for commenting on her craziness. I had to link to it just to warn people off.
It's a shame though. It's hard enough to self publish without people like this scaring all the reviewers off.
Words to never use in a title:
"Seaman"
"The Greek Seaman", especially.
Someone must have hacked her Blogger account.
Right?
Wow, that was hilarious, then quite disturbing. Feel a little sorry for the author, but she should know when to zip it.
Or 'The Greek seaman's deck hand'
She just needs to get laid.
LMAO. The review even praised the book, it just gave it a low score because of the typos. There's one author who is NEVER getting a cent of mine.
Crazy stuff. Surely Charlie Sheen hacked her account???
funny how a little sex just seems to make everything better
"The Greek Seaman on the Poop Deck"
Wow...seems too crazy to be true.
It was bad enough when she was posting positive Amazon reviews calling the reviewer a liar and demanding that he remove the review, but when she started telling people to 'f off!' it became pure comedy gold. You couldn't make stuff like that up.
How sad: People were quite nice in trying to get her to stop going psycho, and she just told them off. Wow. I stopped reading after a while--no one noticed, but she does seem to have stopped (or else she's sleeping and will be posting more comment soon...[shudder]).
If BigAl reviewed genre books, I'd read his blogs. ;-)
The sad part is that the reviewer wasn't dinging the story, he actually praised it but docked for all the errors. She just went bonkers! LOL
