Win a copy of Steven Erikson's REAPER'S GALE and a signed copy of R. A. Salvatore's THE ANCIENT

When I told you guys that February would be a book giveaways galore, I wasn't kidding! We have a few contests already under way, with plenty more to come! So stay tuned!;-)

The latest giveaways are for five copies of the US edition of Steven Erikson's Reaper's Gale (Canada, USA, Europe), as well as five autographed copies of R. A. Salvatore's The Ancient (Canada, USA, Europe), courtesy of the kind folks at Tor Books. They are really pushing the new Salvatore, what with the 250,000$ national marketing plan.

Instead of the book covers (since I couldn't find high res pics of the cover art), I elected to go with Todd Lockwood's full paintings. You can find them at http://www.toddlockwood.com/, where you can purchase said artworks!:-)

The rules are the same as usual. First off, you need to send an email at reviews@(no-spam)gryphonwood.net with the header "GALE" for Reaper's Gale. The header "ANCIENT" must be used for the The Ancient contest. Remember to remove the "no spam" thingy.

Second, your email must contain your full mailing address (that's snail mail!), otherwise your message will be deleted.

Lastly, multiple entries (for the same giveaway) will disqualify whoever sends them. And please include your screen name and the message boards that you frequent using it, if you do hang out on a particular MB.

Good luck to all the participants!

Lockwood is so awesome. Too bad you don't ever have contests for SFF art prints. :p

Sorry I'm new here so I gotta ask :) Can we send an email for each book? Or should we choose just one book to apply to?

Thanks,
Pedro

One application per book, just make sure you have the right headings

Is "The Ancient" a sequel to "The Highwayman", or is it a standalone set in the same world?

"The Ancient" is set in the same world as the DemonWars books and is a followup to "The Highwayman". And if I'm reading this correctly, "The Ancient" is the first book in the Sage of the First King series and will be followed by three more volumes. I could be wrong though...

Hi, sorry I'm new to these contests but is it only limited to the US? Is it available to international as well? Thanks.
