UK cover art for Stephen R. Donaldson's AGAINST ALL THINGS ENDING

I'm well aware that Donaldson is now a household name and doesn't necessarily need a cover with any sort of visual impact, but they could have come up with something a little better than this. . .

That's pretty much what the Gollancz covers for all of the Last Chronicles have looked like. RotE was a forest, FR had mountains, AATE has waves. How much do you want to bet The Last Dark gets flames?

I LOVE IT!!! I hate cheesy fantasy book covers. These minimalist covers capture the spirit of the Covenant books way better than the super typical ones I've seen.

I also like them. I much prefer these to the cheesy standard fantasy covers of warriors with drawn swords or scantily-clad ladies.
