+1 for the UK question! I'm assuming not, as 99% of these seem to be US only, although I'll just blindly enter all the same & hope for the best :)
Pat has always said that unless stated otherwise, the giveaways are open to all!
I had a question too - is it considered poor form to keep entering after you've won one?
