Clarkesworld Magazine just won a well-deserved Hugo Award last week in Melbourne, Australia. You can peruse their September 2010 issue here.
The other is Subterranean Magazine. Always a quality gig, the summer 2010 issue packs an even more powerful punch, with short fiction by K. J. Parker, Cory Doctorow, Lucius Shephard, and more, a column by Kelley Armstrong, and a K. J. Parker interview by Tom Holt. Check it out here.
