That's an awesome cover!
Well, some time ago I read a short story by Saladin Ahmed which had a mysterious muslim gunslinger in it, fighting a sadistic zombie-raising preacher. Combining the ol' western with Arabic mythology(?) was truly effective and resulted in an really cool story... so I bet this one will be awesome too.
Juhan, that Weird-West story by Saladin is called "Mister Hadj's Sunset Ride," and it was published in _Beneath Ceaseless Skies_ online magazine.
Saladin also had a story in _Beneath Ceaseless Skies_ featuring the two main characters from his upcoming novel.
You can read them both free online at http://beneath-ceaseless-skies.com .
