Not exactly what I expected, but not bad either. . .

In this case it gives too much the idea of a spook/supernatural book.

Erikson needs a way instead to transmit the wide scope and scale, and sense of wonder.; 7:22 PM
Todd said...: I'm surprised it's not a cat on it. After all, the new Memories of Ice cover shows blazing fire, so I thought they were going for opposites on these new themes.

But actually, it's not as bad as the other new ones seem to be.

It just sucks my first 5 mass markets will have the old UK covers, and the next 5 will have the new ones. At least it's half and half, which I can put up with I suppose...; 7:48 PM
