Those who speak of "good people" with great conviction are to be feared.I'm about halfway through this one, and the book is another solid effort by Modesitt. Similar in style and tone to the Recluce Saga, yet quite different in many respects. Fans of the author should definitely give it a shot.

I cant wait till the 17th when it is released in the US. I loved the last Modesitt book I read ("The Magic of Recluse"). Hopefully I will get deeper into the saga soon!
