Iron to blind?
I ran to blind?

What is the text?

Maybe along with you 2 (Pat and Larry), others also received a quote inside.

Iron to blind.
Music to daze.

Are those quotes from the series, or could they make a poem or riddle? Who knows, but Brandon did have a game like this with clues in the WoK to unlock ToM website content.

Just play a nice ol' game of Snakes and Foxes, Todd ;)

But, Robert Jordan's dead! Where did that signature come from?

I envy you with the force of a thousand suns.

Yeah, I'm also wondering where that signature came from...

It should actually be "Iron to BIND" Brandon must have gotten mixed up in his lines of the rhyme.

Jordan's signature was also printed in all copies of TGS.

Snakes & Foxes begins by saying the lines "Courage to strengthen, fire to blind, music to dazzle, iron to bind." As the last anonymous poster noted, it appears Brandon confused fire and iron.

Well, I don't think this is one to be soleley counted on Brandon's account.

Harriet & co. should've taken this one out, methinks.

But only if it is a mistake, and not purposedly done...

yep Pat, a few of us have them as well. 500 pages in and loving it so far.

Noooooooooooooooooo!

Why all this enthusiasm for ToM written by Branderson? Was TGS really that good? If so, I fear that I will be forced to retrieve my copy of TGS and give it another go. >:<

PS. I liked The Way of Kings well enough, is TGS equal to it in quality?
