Robert Jordan/Brandon Sanderson's TOWERS OF MIDNIGHT now shipping!

According to my Amazon Associate Program, I've just discovered that Amazon.com started shipping Jordan and Sanderson's Towers of Midnight yesterday. For more info about this title: Canada, USA, Europe.

Here's the blurb:

The Last Battle has started. The seals on the Dark One’s prison are crumbling. The Pattern itself is unraveling, and the armies of the Shadow have begun to boil out of the Blight.

The sun has begun to set upon the Third Age.

Perrin Aybara is now hunted by specters from his past: Whitecloaks, a slayer of wolves, and the responsibilities of leadership. All the while, an unseen foe is slowly pulling a noose tight around his neck. To prevail, he must seek answers in Tel’aran’rhiod and find a way—at long last—to master the wolf within him or lose himself to it forever.

Meanwhile, Matrim Cauthon prepares for the most difficult challenge of his life. The creatures beyond the stone gateways—the Aelfinn and the Eelfinn—have confused him, taunted him, and left him hanged, his memory stuffed with bits and pieces of other men’s lives. He had hoped that his last confrontation with them would be the end of it, but the Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills. The time is coming when he will again have to dance with the Snakes and the Foxes, playing a game that cannot be won. The Tower of Ghenjei awaits, and its secrets will reveal the fate of a friend long lost.

Get it now! ;-) You can get the book at 46% off via the USA link and 40% off via the Europe link (though Amazon.co.uk hasn't started shipping copies yet).

OK that was odd, I just got one of those "Warning: Visiting this site may harm your computer!" messages while trying to load up the Hotlist. First time I've ever seen that here. I'm using Chrome, by the way.

Hmmm, that's weird. . .

Don't know what could possibly be the reason why you're getting these messages.

No problem with either Internet Explorer or Firefox. Asked a friend with a Mac using Safari to try it, and it's all good.

I use chrome and get the same thing, I never have before but the last few days it started. I don't care, as I love the hotlist and trust Pat not to send any malware my way...

I got that same warning last night while using Chrome. The big red screen saying the site may hurt my pc. I thought maybe I had a virus or something and ran all my scans. Tried other browsers and it was just the Chrome.

yeah, pat, have been getting that for over 10 days now.

Also amazon's delivery estimate for me is 1st, not the 2nd.

I got the book a week early.

Chrome had a big update a few days ago. Ever since then, I've got the warning too. Also CNN.com has been not loading properly either. Anyone else have that too?

Oh and just an FYI for those interested, my library got 2 copies of ToM in last week and it's been on the shelf ever since! So those who are broke or can't wait...might try checking your library. They don't always follow release dates apparently...even though most books don't have real strict ones.
