I am guessing that if you give another 2 weeks (or even based on pre-sales alone) GRRM will have another entry in the top 10.

i still don't like the way the publication of the books has been delayed for what i believe is unproffesional reasons.

but after reading in his blog that when the books came he was humiliated in book signings, i have more sympathy towards him.
