Wow I pre-ordered this months ago and forgot when the release date was. So when it came in the mail almost 2 weeks ago I thought nothing of it. I'm almost done with it and the it was just released today! Did this happen to anyone else? I can only hope I get the same treatment when A Dance with Dragons comes out!
happened with me too. I'm reading An Autumn War right now, but I'll get to Best Served Cold soon...
That is weird. I went into Barnes and Noble the other week and it was already on the shelves. You can imagine my surprise and joy at this little discovery.
Same thing happened to me anon. 'Twas a wonderful mistake on the bookseller's part.
Good interview as well, though I think a lot of it has been covered by his various blog postings and the 5 (or so) promo videos that were posted a few months back. You know...in case one follows those things. *awkwardly exits stage left*
Being in the UK is crap for film, but great for fantasy right now... Best Served Cold is genius. I'm jealous of everyone that gets to read it for the first time...
Told you Joe Abercrombie was a woman.
Yeah I went into a coles a few weeks ago and it was on the shelf, not sure if its cause I'm in canada or what, we usually seem to get screwed over on release dates
